I have sent a letter to my COO and CFO and have resigned in protest addressing the issues with pay among other issues. I have over 22 years of experience in the lab and specialize in immunohematology. Just finished another degree in Biotechnology and have a patent pending. I was considering staying after some negotiation, but I have already been offered another job. I think it's time to say goodbye all-together to this job that I once loved.
