Hey all,
I've been a MT/MLS for over 6 years now, going on my 4th year being the lead tech on the night shift and am beyond ready for a change. I was wondering if anyone out there has made the transition from working in a hospital to something in the biotech, or pharma, or any other industry. I am currently a semester away from graduating with a Master's in Biotechnology and am starting to wonder if it will have been worth it, or should I have gone for a dual Biotech/MBA program like my coworker (even though I have no desire to get an MBA). If anyone has any advice that would be great!
