Even with a high enough GPA, it is almost impossible to get a lab technician, lab assistant or QA/QC job for me. I may just end up working as a grocer or something else in retail which is very unimpressive.
For anyone who has got into a CLS program, how important is it that you have a job in a laboratory? Is it almost a deal killer if you don't have laboratory experience?
How the hell do you even get a job in a reference lab? I don't know any reference labs other than Quest.
