Hi, I was wondering if anyone here have any experiences with Route 4 of the MLS Certification? it state that you only need a bachelor and work five years of full time in acceptable clinical laboratory experience in Blood Banking or an accredited laboratory* within the last ten years. Is the job opportunity the same as graduating in MLS major comparing to getting certify by route 4 and route 2 (MLT + 2 year of work experience) . Do places prefer one or the other one more? what a Thank you
