I have questions about the "route 2."
So if you have a bachelors degree (that includes all the required science courses), and have MLT associate degree, after 2 years of working as MLT, you can take the ASCP MT exam?
It says you have to have experience in all of the different lab departments(microbiology, blood bank, chemistry etc.).
Is this mean if you want to become a MT by following route 2, you have to move around the different departments in the 2 years of working as MLT?
(or get hired in different hospital that allows you to work in the department that you need experience in?)
