I'm looking for a change. I've been researching a career as a MT. But I'm unsure how to get the ball rolling. I don't have the time or the money to just start another 4 years of school. I was thinking of getting trained as a phlebotomist at my local community college and finding a job with a company that does tuition reimbursement. And work my way up to a MT while working somewhat closely in the field. Will that be worth my while?
