I think these kinds of questions help them to understand better about the candidates' personality, leadership skills, work ethics, communication skills, extracurriculum activities, and critical thinking ability. I don't think it matters much that we have to give the perfect answers as they expected, but the most important factor is that they want to know HOW we solve the problems in our own way. It may not be the best solution, but it need to show our effort& devotion to the patients at work.

did you personally meet the program administrators before you applied? Do they accept people with less than a 3.0 gpa? What do you think I should do to increase my chances of getting in?
