I'm MLT ASCP and FL licensed. I'm now going to get my AAB certification, which will qualify my for my FL MT license so I can reap the benefits of the higher pay grade at the hospital I currently work at. All that said - I've been out of the class room and working as an MLT for two years now in core lab and blood bank . I have zero experience in micro outside of school, so that is the subject I'm most nervous about. Tips to help study would be greatly appreciated.
