Check out MD Anderson School of Health Professions. They do have a Clinical Laboratory science program and admit people through 1 year or two year programs depending on whether you have completed all prerequisites for the 1 year. It's also a Bachelors of Science in Clinical Laboratory science and you would be eligible to take the ASCP exam as well at the end of the program. www.mdanderson.org/education-training/degrees-programs/school-of-health-professions.html But the Priority deadline was in April 1st. For some reason, they are only accepting applications to the 2 year Clinical Laboratory science program this year. But usually they do accept 1 year and 2 year program applications. That is why I applied to Histotechnology 1 year program. It was recommended by my supervisor since I already work at MD Anderson. Unfortunately there's no way for me to work as a Technologist unless I have the certification. Honestly I have already applied to the George Washington online program and was not admitted. But you could definitely try applying in case this doesn't work out. I hope it does though and wish you the best of luck!
Hi! I just applied to GWU and I’m pretty nervous. How long did it take for them to get back to you? And did they tell you why you weren’t accepted?
