Pathetic & useless is a gross understatement for this state agency, we actually drove 75 miles to the facility in richmond only to be denied access without an appointment from a specific person, all in an attempt to get just a license verification for a CPT 1 to show my employer so I could start work, they will do nothing to help or expidite the process, so unfortunately I lost the job opportunity.
Many should concider a class action lawsuit as their incompetence & indifference to people affects their ability to get gainful employment in any timely fashon.
Here is a little insight you can get a live person on the phone, just start dialing ascending prefixes ,three eight oh one, three eight oh two etc I & did speak to several people, a couple were actually kind & helpful, & the rest were rude useless drones, so for what its worth you can at least drive them crazy & possibly even get a caring human being on the phone this way, hope this helps
Also Nyla Daggett @ five three oh two three one-seven eight six five is the direct souless uncaring typical state employee that does the bare minimum while getting paid on our tax paying money, she has zero care or concern for anyone you are just a number to her, and their lackadaisical attitude for processing applications in a timely fashon is deploreable, but what else can you expect from a state employee, we are definately moving forward with litigation, as this point its not even about the license, it is a moral and just issue for the many being slighted by this pathetic state agency
